Sometimes I experience the gap – the space between where I am and where I want to be.
For me, the gap carries a lot of emotion from the belief that I have a long way to go before I actualize a desire.
It does not always feel great to be in the gap.
So I check in with my H-IOS – my human internal operating system – and navigate my way to experience it differently.
First step, I explore my desire to see if it is in connection with my inner truth. Desires can be complex. I want to make sure what I think I want is truly what I want. I prefer my desires to serve both my higher good and the good of others. If I find that they do, I keep going.
Next, I shift my behaviors and thoughts in alignment with where I want to be. Actionable steps create energetic movement and aligned thoughts inspire what it will feel like when I reach my desire.
Finally, I choose to believe it is all unfolding perfectly and practice gratitude for where I am currently and where I will be eventually.
All H-IOS components are now focused in the direction of my desire and I feel good right here, right now while moving towards what I want.
